Collaboration
Collaboration
How I work with people and with AI, so you know what to expect from me.
How I collaborate
Calm and accurate
I work best in a calm environment and pay attention to detail. I would rather finish one thing properly than three halfway.
Clear agreements
I like to put in writing who does what and when. That way everyone knows where they stand, and there are no surprises afterwards.
Initiative, with consultation
I come up with proposals myself and keep building, but I would rather ask once too often than assume something that is not right.
Visible interim results
I show something that works early on, such as a demo with sample data, so you can steer before a lot of work has gone in.
Honest about limits
If something is not feasible, not safe or unclear, I say so immediately, with an alternative.
Working with AI
I build with AI tools, such as Claude Code. AI makes me faster, but the responsibility stays with me.
I decide what and why
The goal, the choices and the set-up come from me. AI helps with working things out, not with deciding what you need.
I read and test everything
What AI writes is checked, built and tried out before it goes live. A working result counts, not a nice story.
Safety comes first
Passwords, keys and private data do not belong in a chat or in the code. Demos get made-up data.
Open about the use
I say where AI has been used. That way you know where you stand and what to expect from maintenance and explanation.
